nope the 4 pioneer shallows i currently have in my car... the avatar pic... plus i dont pay like anyhting for my equipment because im an installer
EDIT: wow its late and i just realized you said term lab II lol. i dont remember what they used to measure it. but its pretty consistant
you see my avatar right? thats my car... i have a rockford fosgate 1000.1BD and getting around 145Db. not bad ay. im actually getting 1599watts. i had the amp tested and certified
yeah i remember the first year sony had the Xploded seriers at SBN (spring break nationals) their car actually Xploded lol. it was great. but yeah RE has some amazing products out and soundstream has come a long way too. i forget if its RE or soundstream but one of them has a 6 or 7 inch one way...
im with you on that i have never liked kicker at all. good for bass but thats about it. right now i have 4 shallow 12's. but that shallow subs actually have a big range of frequency. so everything from 100 or so Hz to around 43Hz in a sealed box sounds great
ok let see.... where should we start... i guess the top... yeah that sounds good.
anyways yes i like 10s better for sq but it also depends what you generally listen to. next step. if you are running a "mono block" amp which usually means its a 1ohm stable amplifier... this would determine...
yeah i got hit in the front end with one of my supras.... no damage to my car... well nothing a little rubbing compound couldnt take care of. and 3500 worth to the other car. your car took it well, aint no lie there. are you just gonna fix it and get it repainted?
yeah i was wanting to know if the dash harness from an 88 without TEMs had a connector in the dash harness and if i could get a pic of that connector from a car with TEMs so i could see if its on the one i have.
EDIT: missed the part about u throwin a fuse... what fuse is being throw?
EDIT #2: if its for lighting check where your bulbs are.... ive had a similar thing happen where the wires were close enough to touch and threw the fuse
what i ment was im putin out 14.4v and 220amps at 1700rpms and two batteries... so the load to me wouldnt be so substantial... but yes i do get what you are saying... take the one fan away and add the electric and your basically zeroing your HP out because what your gaining your loosing right away
i have an 88 harness... so i guess that wont work then.... if someone with an 88 that has TEMs could get me a pick of the plug that would help out a lot
im asking this for someone else. Does the dash harness on a car that does not have TEMs still have the plug on the harness?
a picture of the plug would be great
thanks
plus its like $200+ for a good set of twin fans.... you can spend about that or a little bit more for a better mod and get the same HP if not better
EDIT: i mean they also have it really figured out... the faster you go (rpm wise) the faster that thing spins and the more air you get. simple...

EDIT: i didnt wait till the end to post and saw it was black lol. but boost logic has some really fast cars
