Any of you guys use them? I was thinking since I'm 5spd It would help me load the car a little bit before the launch and help with doing some burn outs. It's not that expensive and pretty easy to install.
Just seeing if you guys have had any success with these?
Why not just participate in class 1 then? That is the class where we didn't get enough people to run, hopefully Peter still says we can have the classes. It's the same cost to make TNT runs as it is to enter in the class and make TNT runs! We need all the people we can get!!
You are going...
Who are you? I don't think that I've seen your car before are you on our local site dfwmkiv.com? That has all the info for everyone leaving the dfw area
I'll be leaving on Friday morning. If I get a job by then we might leave with Yotarob on Thursday.
BTW are you on stock twins? Guessing not...
OK guys today is the day!! We need 2 more racers to have our 3 classes. I know a couple of you are going to go, but if you know of anyone else that is on the fence for racing, push them over!!! LOL!!
Where else are you going to be able to see at least 18 MK3's drag racing?? Or better yet...
Why is that, what class would you fit in? We might be changing the rules anyways because we need a couple more people!!
Anybody else from OK coming down??
That looks just like the one that PHR makes for our cars that is a direct replica of the HKS short runner. This is a really good manifold, however you will need to put a riser on it to fit a big turbo, then it ends up looking like you have a tubular manifold with the way that the turbo sits...
Man, I get about 15lbs in first, but I have a 7M and a smaller turbo. I love my ET streets, You need to lower the pressure to about 17lbs in the size that you have. I run 15-17 in my 275/50/15's. The second time seems like you had a much better launch. What was your 60' time? So you didn't...
Yup, I know how you guys feel, I was laid off about a month ago. I still go to the track because it's close and only $15 to run. It takes my mind off of things!
What about your Tranny mount? that can cause a good amount of Vibration!
Also I'm getting a new 1 piece made locally for $250 with all new yokes and completely balanced with a 1 year warranty.
I sent you a pm
Make sure that when you get that guy in there you take it and get the alignment done again. I replaced the inner and outer tie rod on my car with the wheel bearing at the same time and it was a pain in the ass to get off. Next time I'm going to just order a new rack that comes with the tire rods.
