Well, to have the trottle responce like that GTR you'd have to lighten the rotateing assembly (alot) and shorten the stroke. You'd want to use a smaller clutch an flywheel. You'd almost have to go with a high compression set up, the turbo would top out low in your powerband and limit your HP. If...
