As far as 7m motors go, its just the "hype" that gets alot of people, or use to. If I was you, I'd take the motor out, inspect it and if its in good shape, rebuild. Or have a shop rebuild it for you and you'll spend around the same. You can rebuild these motors for somewhat cheap if you do an...

this is the introduction section, Hello welcome to the forum. As for the intake, it'd take some modding to work on a 7m. There is a front facing intake manifold on ebay for the 7m... but idk how good of quality they are, I had a friend order one for a honda. Needless to say, it needed some work.

If you wanna find a cheap 7m or rebuild 7m, I'd look at the for sale section. If this guy wouldn't be trading me an SC, I would sell you my 7m. As for a 1jz. Look in the forsale section or if you want, I could give you a number to call for a 1jz and there prices are reasonable I think.

Yea, I'd rather not be in a Honda. I'll sit comfy in the lexus till I figure out, if I'll get another Supra or Na-t the SC. Either way, ya can't really go wrong. I'll still have a spare 7m to put together if anything so we'll see.

Sounds like a plan man, from what little i read about the big 16g. I'd suit what you wanted to do, have the torque to back it up and you'll have a nice powerband and be able to reach your goal and maybe have some extra money to play:naughty:
