    100% stock

Congrats on the new car. I have three climate controls laying around and all of them look nicer than the one you have. I live in your area; if you want this one, it's yours! ________________________ Ken

Anyone Got In-Dash TV in the Supe? JVC InDash dvd players-the 5100, or the 6160?

Do you have any pics of AVIC-N1 installed in the Supra? I'm trying to decide what route to go. I might end up with a carputer/Lilliput 7" touch screen.

Finally a reliable supra with CHEAP MODS

Yes, that is my car featured above. Here's my recent dyno chart.

Well, I found the limit for a stock head gasket.

83 ft lbs. There was no machine work done to the block or head, so it's likely the head was warped from day 1. I never planned on building this car when I did the first HG. This time around everything has been machined and I am running a Cometic MHG.

Well, I found the limit for a stock head gasket.

Here's how my 3-year old stock HG looked when I pulled it apart last month: 91 octane is the highest I can get on a regular basis here in California. Combine that with 18 psi of boost and hot temps and...well...see above. :nono:

    Bought an AR5 Trans

Does the AR5 actually bolt to the 7M? If so, you've just solved a major problem for those who want to swap a 7M into a 4x4 truck. 7M engine, AR5 trans, Isuzu transfer case...hmm.

what mk3's inspired you to do your car?

There are so many noteworthy Supras, but the most inspirational for me has been Ron Ramirez's car. I love the "nearly stock" look of the body, along with subtle hints like the meaty Kinesis K58R wheels and Brembo brakes poking through the wheels that this car means serious business. He also...

    places to mount boost gauge?

The custom gauge face was made by a silkscreening company. A template was made lining up the tick marks on the Apexi gauge face and different fonts were tried until one close to the Toyota font was found. You could probably use the Apexi face in the stock location--it doesn't look terribly...

    places to mount boost gauge?

Ron and I both used the Apexi 60mm mechanical boost gauge for our installations. You basically use only the guts of the Apexi gauge, combined with a custom gauge face and a shortened stock needle. A hole will need to be drilled in the back of the gauge cluster to accommodate the pressure...

No coolant flow through rear hose

The interior heat works intermittently. Regardless of how long I let the car sit at idle from a cold-start, I turn on the heater, watch the VSV open the heater valve and yet I get no heat into the interior. The most disturbing thing is there is no hot coolant flow through the coolant line that...
