I just don't like all the stickers and the big azz wing. Performance wise I'm sure it's great but I like looks and performance.
I never said he had an obligation, just said it's a dissapointment how he just based most of the pictures on the MK4 Supras. It is a SUPRA meet not an MK4 Supra...
I honestly don't think that would help. The only ones around here that like the MK3 are the ones that have owned them and are enthusiasts. Everyone on that forum thinks the MK3 is a "fake supra". Then again 85% of the people on the forum are Honda enthusiasts as well. :sarcasm:
Tampa is...
It's a beautiful car but it's ultimately your choice. I would do it and then just get the engine rebuilt. So for a 91 you would be paying 2500 plus 3500 (what I was quoted for a stock rebuild) = 6,000 for a nice ride and a fresh engine. Don't quote me on that since I'm nowhere near as...
First of all I'll start by saying I thought this was the best place to put this. If not then feel free to move.

This is my local forum. The link is to the Tampa Supra Meet and it's pictures...
Well I've decided 2jz is too expensive at this point in time. To save up 12k would take almost a year and I'm not going to wait for that ontop of the 6 months I have already waited.
I'll prolly do it in the future when I'm saving up and it suprises me that I've reached that 12k...
That's nothing. I was at Oldsmar Flea Market yesterday looking at this porn shop and the old fart there came up to me and said "son are you over 18?" I looked at him and said "I am 22, need my ID". He didn't say anything and was just watching me. It turned me off from the store and I just left...
I had the chance at a 91 for 2,000 bucks and didn't jump on it. It needed some body work and engine work......I now regret it for the rarity of them.
I ended up buying my 87 for 1,800 and have had it for 6 months now without even driving. I'm still deciding on what to do.
I say do it and...
Yea 12k is too much to save up for right now. I think I'll be getting that rebuild done for 3500 and adding some insurance with metal HG, arps, and maybe some forged intenals from the specialists.
Thanks for the suggestions yall.
