Good chance I'm free sometime this weekend. What times work for you? If all goes according to plan, I'll be dynoing my car sometime saturday in langley and looking at turbos the same day in abby. I'm going to be working a few hours on Sunday (hopefully in the morning) so there's a decent chance...
Thanks. I've had my head under my car a fair bit, guess I never noticed them. Are they on every MKIII? Mine is a TTR. I'll have my car on a hoist tomorrow night so I can adjust them then if my car has them.

I run a standard set of MKIV TT rims and I get rim scrape on the inside at full lock. I'd like to know how to go about adjusting this as well.
Sorry, I don't have any pics of the rims on the car.
Tie rods usually don't fail because of some other issue (except a crash or running over a large obstacle while turning). Generally they just wear out, just like ball joints and bushings. You have to remember that there's a fair bit of force put on tie rods due to the positive camber setup the...
If it's right at/in the boot, chances are it's your inner tie rod end that's making the noise. If the actual rack were to knock, it would come from where the steering column enters the steering rack as the Supra has a rack and pinion design.
if ur using the w58 trans. just get a blank flywheel for it and have the 1/2JZ bolt pattern drilled in. Better yet, swap in a R154 trans and get a blank flywheel for it, then have the 1/2JZ bolt pattern drilled in.
Also, you could hit up one of the vendors on this site and see if they carry a...
Fuseable link burned up? I thought someone cut the wires on a harness of mine but it was the link that fried, making it look like someone cut it. I find, when wiring, it's easy to train wreck. What I do is take one wire (ONLY ONE) and find out where it comes from, and where it goes and then fix...
It's a Japan only engine so you'd have to get a front clip off the car it came in (can't remember the model, starts with a "C" IIRC. Crown or something like that). I have only read about it being swapped into a Supra once. The Supra was a MKIV and had to be VERY HEAVILY modified for the engine...
AFAIK the stock boost on a 1JZ with everything stock on it is 11.8psi. With a free-flowing exhaust on a cold day the engine should push a few psi more of boost. I would say hitting fuel or boost cut is not out of the question at all and nothing to worry about. (just let off the gas a bit)
