True after the first time you fight it then realize this, you consider your self an idiot.
I would have thought that you might have been able to save the control arm. By cutting off the head or the threaded end next to the upper control arm bushing. Then hammering the bolt the other way...
Agreed stuck or broken, broken vacume line or unplugged, or leak in an intercooler pipe. All 3 of these allow un-metered air around the MAF and can cause idle issues.
Also to add to that the ecu will and adapt for larger quantity of air in it's short term fuel trim maps(constantly changing). So the answer is no, no tune needed.
Well a buddy of Newgen and mine came into Des Moines, IA yesterday to dyno his Evo X. So hear id the result of his trip.

I used to work for Nissan and when the 350 first came out it was awesome. But then we realized all of its faults thought the next year or so.
So here they are:
1. Light weight chassis, but no real weight over the rear axle. (major insufficient traction depending on their setup, to stiff of a...
So me and another member (Newgen) are planning on drag racing our MK3's @ this event & just wanted to throw it out to everyone else. They are having 2 events this year with the same setup.

Camping available on the race tracks.
Me personally would just stick with having ABS. Hey if you don't like it so be it your opinion. But ABS only activates when there is difference in the wheel speed sensors, and modulates brakes faster than any person can.
If you are still going to do it Ok it is your decision and your car. I...
I know supratrey on SF is in the middleish of NE and I think a couple of MK4 just moved to around the Sioux Falls or Sioux City area north of you. Like Matt said there are a couple of us from Des Moines.
Well the issue is that
1. Not to many companies make a full bolt T4 setup for a 7M.
2. With that being said to get a setup with V-band DP to match up with whatever turbo you choose. (Exhaust turbines vary in size) Vary on what turbo you decide to go with.
3. Depending on turbo size you WG able...
The sp61 is available in different wheel options. & I think they still have a new cea in their clearance section. I don't remember if that one is ball bearing or not. Let me find the link.

Here is the exact same thread with some feedback on supraforums.
i need some help from the suspension guru's in selecting a suspension setup for supra. It will be a street car that will see alot of strip time. So most of the mods are in the sig., but I am planning on launching off an anti-lag at 20+psi then the boost will be turned up to over 30+psi. I will...
Finally changed my clutch to a Clutch Masters twin disk this last weekend. I had a RPS Max series 6-puck and a Fidenza flywheel in it before, the RPS had only been in you a year. To follow are pictures of the carnage that I found. I knew the clutch was going it wouldn't hold above 20 psi and it...
Long time and no updates. So we went to the track this weekend a 1/8 mi. and had some fun with a good group of cars. I know that my first 2 passes were both against Fox bodies. the first one had a supercharger and the second was na., both were on drag setups (skinney's & drag tires). I didn't...
What size exhaust piping are you running? I am seeing the torque to hp crossover point around 5000 rpm in the first graph, and around 5200 rpm in the second. It looks like you are being restricted by something up top not allowing you to make peak power. I was there @ the dyno and was wondering...
