Was going to suggest that, mine had the same problem, click from relay but to start, play with it then it would crank. Mine had something to do with the factory alarm not giving a ground source.
Put in a Bosch relay and hasn't done it once since then.

well to update, I had an injector insulator, that was leaking causing a vacuum leak and my lean idle conditions.
It is still very rich under boost. Still trying to figure that one out.

Swapped ecu's, no change.
Took neo up to -20% on high fuel trims with very little change if any. At idle my Vf is almost 5v but idle afr's are still lean approx. 16.x:1, but as soon as I barely blip the throttle it shoots way effen rich 10.x:1
Still no change with O2 sensor plugged in or...
I don't think the O2 sensor has any bearing on anything in my case, seeing how it causes little or no change in Vf or afr's when plugged or unplugged, I still get a Vf signal at the diag block with O2 input with its input or not.
I know it goes into open loop on initial cold start up because...

I can't help believing that my mixture woes, rich and lean, and the Vf signal present with no O2 signal would be related.
