So a bit of an update on this, I recieved the new valve cover gaskets, screws, rubber washers, ngk plugs and wires and went to work on the car. Had to re-tap a few of the holes because the threads were stripped (maybe cause of leaking lol) and got it all back together. Now I went to connect the...

Think I may have found my starting problem. While waiting for the new KS connectors from Toyota I decided to pull one of the plugs just to get an idea of their condition and to my surprise the plug was covered in a liquid I figured I either flooded the engine trying to start it all those times...

Thanks, my dealer looked it up and told me the KS for the 4runner is different from the supra, just making sure. I'll be giving them a call tomorrow to order. Now when the previous owner hacked up the wiring for the KS he only left about 2-4cms from the ecu plug to work with anyway I could pull...

now I wasn't able to pull any codes batteries dead so im just gonna start with the KS connectors. The part # I got off the SOGI write up is 82219-89103 and I called my local toyota for the part and they're telling me thats the KS connector for a 92-94 4runner, are they the same?

52 was the only code I pulled off but that was while it was still able to start up/run I'll check if there are any others when i get off work.
