Sick nasty build, even after all the set backs. Diggin the whole thing down to the lights. You can fix(patch) the rad. Pour in a bead of weld to seal up the couple of open spots shelve it and have a very nice back up. For the just in case something else happens to your build back up. :aigo:

Check your light and harness grounds, and by that I mean disconnect them clean them and reconnect them. Then put a meter on them and check. Generally when this happens its a ground fault somewhere. Ive had this happen to a Jeep, 280zx, and Chevy truck. It was all grounds.

Never heard of anyone using these coil packs before. Is the duration and saturation characteristics of the stock ECM gonna work with them? Interested to see.

Have you checked for clearance between hood (bonnet) and the new intake pipe and the turbo outlet? Just thought Id ask since you dont have the hood on during fab. Its ez to forget about.

Not just mark them, but mark the direction that they were facing. Also i would mark the bolts too, if your not replacing them. Be sure to check them for stretching before reusing them.

I found an Autometer that uses a .104 cable. That should work just fine. For anyone who needs a mechanical speedo to use with the factory cable, ultra lite.
