I'd also recomend hoseing down your intake with carb cleaner to see if you have a vac leak considering you used the old gasket....a vac leak will cause the issues you describe...
And milling a head without removeing the injectors is crazy...that's a dirty process with really fine aluminum...
I'll tell you right now that if they used spray welding to repair the crank I wouldn't give a dime for it!!!!
