I paid 600 thru IPP. Send them your cams and they fix em up.
I think that's around the same price as BC.
They are PnP, no need to mess with degreeing or problems that BC had.
There's a lot you can do/get for a GE, but you're going to be lucky if you do most of it and get 205 at the wheels.
To do what you suggested you'd be lucky to have 170-180.
When you line up your marks on the cams, is your rotor pointing at #1 wire, #1 piston at TDC, crank pulley mark on the "0" ?
Should start if all that is right.
