Okay.. update. I got a new wastegate back from SP. Problem has not gone away. Now It seems that instead of my boost creeping, my boost goes straight to 21 PSI and I think its sticking there. I'm kinda scared to see. Did i install the new WG with too much tension on the actuator arm?

Sounds to me like the EGR cooler may be leaking?
