    Okay, I finished up re-tensioning the arm. OH, AND, i did it with the turbo on the car.. and it took no time.. I'm so talented.     Okay.. update. I got a new wastegate back from SP. Problem has not gone away. Now It seems that instead of my boost creeping, my boost goes straight to 21 PSI and I think its sticking there. I'm kinda scared to see. Did i install the new WG with too much tension on the actuator arm?
