i was thinking 4g63 swap myself but i dont know what is involved in swapping one into a neon. that would be a good laugh though and it is always a possibility. i just need to find more info on it. research on the neon was never a priority for me. :biglaugh:

i own a 95 dohc 5-speed neon and id say stay away from them. the car is on motor #2 now, they seem to enjoy blowing headgaskets aswell. i hate the car everything in it is so poorly made. the door panels are held on with duct tape, so is one mirror. it needs outer and inner tierods on both...

ya i remember a post like that on SF i think. someone left their car at a shop and they took everything he had in it, like his safc-r stereo, subs, etc. i would freak if that happened to me but thats part of why i do most of my own work. i hate knowing some people are working on my car...

yep... dont ask me why he didn't have one. i personally dont see the point in dvd players and tons of stereo gear. all my supra has is the stock speakers and a crappy sony head unit that looks like just a tape player. anything more is just dead weight.

its true and sad. sure at the time he had money to play with his car a bit but that still dosent make it any more justifiable. on top of that he is between jobs and just finished some schooling so he isnt made of money at the moment.

all i did was pop into the garage and start it every two weeks or more. i left very little fuel in the tank and just put fuel stabalizer in the tank. then when spring came around i just dumped some fresh gas in and put in new oil and filter and it was good to go. :icon_surp

ya that looks like a greddy front bumper with a turbo-a duct in it. if i remember correctly that nose peice was made by regulus and is pretty rare. ebay might have one from time to time other than that i don't know :icon_conf

ya i beleive you would have to cut your bumper support to expose the IC like that. i thought about going this route myself but where i live no one knows how to drive so for safety sake i decided against it. i don't really mindthe way it looks but i would say it would be a more feasable option...
