There are band-wagoners on both sides of everything, decent quality replicas have a time and place but to try and say you get the same performance is absurd.
Also being in Florida you should know better, there are more than a few wheel repair shops in WPB alone, one of which properly repaired...
Really, my Meister's had 3mm more aggressive fitment outside and they fit fine with a bit of camber and worked fenders.
Depending on the tire you choose, look around a 275.
You'll need these adapters, to use them just throw the Z wheels inside and leave the area.
You're better off with sawblades until you save for a set of wheels with proper width and offset. If you're dead set however, they'll bolt right on with inches to spare in every direction.
Centerlock mag TE37? I've seen a few sets sell and a ton of other GT300/500 rims, but I doubt you would be willing to go through the work and money involved in mounting them. You don't just go to the corner store and buy adapters/spindles.
Seen plenty, still ugly, but whatever floats your boat. Best of luck with the project.
I was referring to your crooked bumper which should have been reinforced before moving on to the mirrors and wipers.
Why not just run wide steel rims and make cheap "sawblade" hubcaps? Same effect from 20ft and much more cost effective.
Or if you're dead set on spending loads of money do as YearOne did with the "snowflakes".
You're going to spend near the same amount for EMS from Japan because the digital cluster is very heavy, although there are cheaper/slower options. Someone else already bid 5000円 and it ends in 14 hours.
You're going to have to mash the front and roll the rears with some stretch on the tires, 8" -5mm will have the same outside fitment as my front and 10mm more sunk in than my rear. If you're car has any wheel gap it's going to look terrible.
You really want to go through all that hassle for...
+51mm offset??
If you really want WORK S1 why would you settle for ADR garbage, just keep saving and do it right the first time, $800 is half way there.
No, I mean chop out the rear window frame and make the car a true notch back with a trunk. With a Z20 front end the car would be crazy.
On a side note, I feel honored, I see two of my creations in this thread.
:dunno:
Fitment will also depend on the tire manufacturer and model, some tires appear a bit wider or narrower for the same given size. Any manufacturer will recommend exactly what size rim that size tire is intended for. I run RT615 and Star Specs on my 9.5" and I wouldn't go wider than...
You haven't purchased the wheels yet? XXR website says the 962 available to 10". If you want that wide of a tire get a wider rim, don't create more handling issues with a ballooned out sidewall.:nono:
Japan, where else.:biglaugh:
The point is to find something you're comfortable with, fits your hands perfectly, excellent grip, very solid, and has the right depth so you're not reaching or too close. You also can't forget the style aspect.
