The gear shift is mis-named. It's actually called the "noise adjustment lever", because no matter what gear you're in, it doesn't change how fast/slow the motor pulls, it just changes the amount of noise the 22R makes. And yeah, they make no power above like 3500. haha.

6.5" You may need to cut the back of the pod out if you have a deep speaker though. As for tweeter placement, the 91 pods have tweeter mounts in them too :) I should really take some pictures of my install in my 91.

I only have a 180km/h speedo. I had it poined at the 7oclock position. Was doing about 150mph in my GT40 1JZ. it was still going, but I got scared, and backed off. Car was rock solid at that speed.

Sounds like my old truck! I scrapped it because you could fall out of the holes in the body. 22R for life. The motor you hate, but it just WONT DIE.

I think so too. If the TPS is mis-adjusted, the ECU may not get the idle signal, and never try to adjust the ISCV. It will also play games with your acceleration enrichments, causing the revving issued you described. I would start by reading the 2JZ TSRM, and follow the TPS adjustment procedure.

I believe the probe decreases resistance when it heats up. If the light is coming on, I would believe that the wires are shorting out somewhere. If it goes off because the brake lights are on, It's probably a grounding issue in the wiring. You say the wires for the probe are capped off, are...

All I know is my genuine HKS 50mm, with my Profec B Spec 2 doesn't make any sort of cycling noises. I run a 15psi spring, and make 15psi. I've turned it up to 18psi, and the same thing, no weird noises, just goes from quiet to ssshhhhRWAAAAAAAAAAA.

Cars already have a voltage stabilizer. It's called THE BATTERY. Filters out a whole bunch of the flutctuations the alternator generates.
