Yea for all that sure...but your forgeting all the little bitty shit you need. hoses, fluids, bolts, brackets, coolers etc. its not cheap was my point.
grab a hose that is still on the engine, see if it plugs into other ports. Most are 1/8th inch I believe. Its easier just to bring it to autozone or w/e your gonna get some hoses. Vacuum hoses are Vacuum hoses...nothing really special.
Nope its actually easier than that.
I did an NA to 2jzgte swap, I got the harness back in like 1 1/2 weeks, plugged it in and turned it on...started up on 3rd try, but only because I did the wiring for the fuel pump, which has nothing to do with the harness.
The good DoC will save you time...
