You'll *typically* see a few psi being pushed out after doing modifications like that, but it's not mandatory to happen. On the safe side, I'd spend a few minutes, perform a quick boost leak test, and go from there. Going from a completely stock MA70 to Downpipe, Testpipe & Air Filter...

Hell, I didn't bend anything nor use any other hardware. Just took off the old bumper, put on 89+ bumper and everything fit fine. However, the center riser piece on the bumper does have a bit of a gap from the upper nose...but it doesn't look weird or out of place. I'd say probably a 3/4"...
