On mine the corners at the wheels I had to use a nut and bolt. But the rest of the way around I used metric bolts that just screwed in to the curent threaded holes. Are you missing the threaded holes for the bolts???? I am also assuming this is a stock lip????

I had that problem on my gts corolla and I tried everything. Ended up changing the caliper and all became well. I am sure someone around here has a good caliper for cheep if you cant fix yours. Good Luck Soup
