"I feel like I'm sitting in an airplane"
"What do all these gauges and monitors do?"
"Your car sounds like a tractor"
"How come you never listen to your radio?"

If you think you're standing free and clear of the mildly torqued factory headgasket; Assuming the rest of your motor is in good shape, the only thing that should be holding you back is your stock fuel system and AFM.
With that being said, get a 3" catback to complete your with your downpipe...
Orr...you can just forget to latch your hood completely even though it looks latched, go test/tune your car 15 minutes before leaving for the Ohio Supra meet, and while driving 60mph down a road, let it fly up on you, crack your windshield, dent your roof and bend your hood in half so that you...
I could start throwing them off my head real quickly...10-15 people on thought, but you've still got TONS of people that aren't internet savy and don't like to post much. There are lots of them, I've found out.

LOL, Aaron...What the hell, man.
!!!!!
You can keep that tri-pod, BTW. I'm just going to buy another one...I get them for like $11.
Explain though, exactly WHY your hood is stuck shut. I'd like to hear this one. Please tell me there's some sort of story behind it.... :x:

I will declare Jon, no longer a noob. ;)
Hope all is going well with you and the [re]rebuild. :)
Car looks great...Or maybe it's just the Gay Blue hottness that gets to me. LOL

Oh dear.
I think I'm quoted in enough sigs on this site as it is...Please, not another. :biglaugh:
Could I seem any more silly than I already am? :icon_bigg

Since the thread was recently bumped, there has been a lot of good reading,
a little bit of butt hurting, and a lot of feelings being stressed.
I think it's wonderful. However, I'd like to throw in my pair of Abraham Lincolns on the table.
Day to day, It ponders my mind, out of the...
If you have any concerns of it being your throttle body gasket, it's a 5 minute job to pop it off, inspect the gasket and use your good judgement then and there whether it needs replaced or tightened at that point.
And yes...sealing off whatever pipe you have going into your throttle body...
Safe? Yes. Efficient? No.
But even calling it safe could be arguable especially if you're running much more than stock boost or any type of modified motor.
That being said, It would be pretty neat to see someone clock the Compressor housing so the outlet faces up towards the throttle body...
Stick with your Infinity's. ;)
I've been rocking Infinity for years. They are absolutely amazing.
Depending on what JL's, they are all pretty nice..but Infinity just has that extra crisp high to them that is hard to find in any other speaker that doesn't overly rape you in your pocket...
Welcome home. ;)
Car looks to be in great shape! If you have any intentions of going turbo, then go ahead and spend the money on a 3" exhaust.
And yes! It is wonderful to know there are people still out there that have stuck with a Supra for so long! :-)

Amazing! Have they really developed that much sag over time or were they, from the get-go, that much lower than the rear?
If you want an all-around even drop, B&G is great for that. My car has a very straight stance...sits even on all fours...but as stated earlier, the front end may appear to...
To get things back in order, by personal experience, I enjoy my BG Springs.
I've also got them matched up with KYB GR-2's, making for a stiff [but not so stiff] ride.
Handling is noticeably better, and if you are indeed going for a cheap, well handling suspension with a daily driveable ride...
