Seems like the 350 swap is the kiss of death when it comes to swaps. Very few make it to the end.

Just save the money, do not borrow it. You will almost definitely end up paying the loan back and have a car that's not running. Buy a little four banger and call it a day. Then save money to fix up the supra. I'm curious as to how old you are?

Maybe a 2jzge no turbo, but you can turbo it later. You'll have to research that one. I don't blame you for wanting to get away from the 7m but you need more money then that. For a 1jz swap $4500, 2jzgte $6000. Give or take, depending on what you have.

Your car should have multiple relays in the passenger side kick panel. Pull one of them and swap it for the one in the fuse box next to the battery. I can't say if this could be the problem with your car, but I did a swap not to long ago, and the fuel pump would not kick on. So I started messing...
