Before you start adjusting AFPR and other stuff like that, i would make sure EVERY single vacume line is correct. Check the GROUND on the coilpack to the side of the valve cover as well, as this could cause this....

Well, i put the fuel pump in and shitttt, boosted around a little before i blew a fuel line. Bought a new one and stuff im putting in on monday. I still havnt gotten a sold 2nd gear pull though! 12 PSI feels awesome though! (drunk post)
