THA is pulled up internal to the ECU to 5V (as the little cartoon shows). Working correctly, THA will be always be lower than 5V. However, when THA is open circuit, you will see 5V on it at the ECU.

Bubbles in the high-side is vapor going to your expansion valve. Expanding a vapor is pretty useless as far as making your evaporator cold.
Have you verified that your expansion valve is working? Toyota did recall the TXV on the mk3 supra. The...
The code 51 AC input is from the HVAC electronics behind the dash. The stuff under the hood doesn't matter so much. So, if you still have the HVAC controls and the AC amp and servo unit installed then the AC button on will cause a code 51, even if the compressor is missing.
I've got a LIPP housing, which is not an exact copy of the Lex. Some sort of calibrated flow meter test setup is needed to answer the question. Right now, the only accurate comparison on the car is idle, and that is the least accurate measurement because the bypass air is the largest as a...
As you can see from the chart below, you need to have excess oxygen to reduce the HC in the exhaust stream, so a cat won't help you if you are running rich. See the chart below.
Ahh, grams per mile, thanks JJ. I guess that can be converted to an average mixture for the run.
If you measure the Vf signal on the diagnostics box, and it is pegged at 0V then it is running open loop, and if it is at 5V then it is adding fuel to try and fix a perceived lean condition. In any case, your mixture is way out of whack. If you post your complete emission profile (O2, CO, CO2...

Not sure what "free to use" means mecevans. The ECU code has been available for over a year on assembla.com. Certainly you don't expect the...
The STA signal should be the same for M/T and A/T. The NSW switch is what is different. I would expect the car to be hard to start with the STA signal bad, it is used a lot in the ECU code for controlling the fuel and timing during cranking.
I ordered a master cylinder rebuild kit from Toyota in Jan 2009. Are you saying they are now discontinued? I have yet to use it, because like JJ, my 20 year old one is still going fine, but I keep it just in case.

550s are only 25% more fuel, and idle is closed loop when warm, and the trim variable can pull 80% off the nominal injector duration so it can handle 550s without trouble. It seems more likely that one or more was leaking, as that will result in a fuel error that gets worse with lower rpm...
I posted some additional info on the knock sensor system here: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?73379-3P-s-TCCS-Disassembly-Analysis&p=1724332&viewfull=1#post1724332
