My brakes squeak at low speeds. 5mph and under. They don't squeak while breaking and they don't squeak once i get over 5 mph. Should I just go at it with some brake cleaner at the calipers?

My heat used to work just fine. It always made the waterfall sound since the day i got the car but the heat worked fantastically up until a few weeks ago. It used to be super warm at 70 and above, now i have to turn it all the way to 75 before i start feeling some real heat. Is it dying?
