I used the A/C Amp singal to the ecu to let it know the clutch was on, increasing the idle. The ecu didn't actually control the clutch the MKIII A/C Amp did. Worked perfect, 650 rpm a/c off 800 rpm a/c on.
This was with a 92 Aristo harness & ecu in a 91 car.
The turbine wouldn't cause that much restriction at such low boost/power. Theres something else going on there. The car doesn't hold power at all. Its mildly better then stock twins and its a 67mm turbo with cams!
I messed with my buddies briefly, seems like a nice system. Definitely nice to have a plug and play version. But please release a good diagram of the patch harness, the 2jz one has no real documentation, at least that we got.
There were probably recovered then. As in jugodegolf pics they're very dark, almost black. I'll check mine after work, but I'd say they're black, not light grey.
You should be ok. I'd tune it rich (11.0 a/f) to help out, but usually with 440s the timing isn't to far advanced and runs fine. I've seen a few 550 setups that run into problems with being to advanced and pulling timing causing power power outputs.
