If your going to fight it get the indash video from the cop, and make sure his laser is properly turned on, make sure he used the damn thing too. Also bring the video(not a picture) of the GPS VS your dash speedo. Also Dress nice when you go to court, shirt/tie/slacks/shoes(minimum)

Both my W58 and R154 do that, I'm pretty sure its just a safety feature so you don't jam it into reverse when your driving. Just shift threw the gears once or twice and it should let you jump into reverse pretty easily. The UV kit is basically dye put into your oil to find the leak easier.

I've got ZERO complaints with mine, as if anything goes wrong its either my fault or just age. I DD mine and I was super happy with the NA, and now I wouldn't trade mine for ANYTHING now that I've got the 2jzgte in it.
