What do you mean "what should i be ok on?" If your refering to an amount of boost that depends on alot of things. Do you have ARP hardware with your MHG? what turbo are you using? what fuel pump do you have? do you have an AFPR? do you have a wideband and or an SAFC? If all you have is MHG...

you want to grind an inch to an inch and a half off the turbo housing??? I deffinitly say not a good idea at all. what exactly is the turbo hitting??

running 10psi your stock head gasket could last a long time, or it could blow tomorow. I was running 16psi for a while before i blew my stock head gasket... however, if you do plan on rebuilding the whole motor just wait till the head gasket pops and do it all then.. just hope your not far away...
