well i went to toyota and they wouldnt even give me a written quote on it...they said it would be at the least 4500 bucks...and they dont even really do full car resprays etc.... then iwent to a performance collision place and got a written quote for a full respray for 4800.....

well if the company isnt going through their insurance and are just paying out of pocket to not have their insurance go up then it wouldnt total anything huh.... i dunno...im just trying to figure out what to do as i have NO CLUE when it comes to shit like this and have never been in any kind...

ok well heres the problem....the only way to fix it PROPERLY...is for the WHOLE car to be painted... i have pearl paint and was told there is no way it would match perfectly unless the whole car was painted... i got quoted for about 4500 bucks to spray the whole care with 3 stage pearl..... do...

well they said they wanted three quotes from body shops....so i dont know if they are going to cut me a check or just pay whatever bill... but when i fax them the quotes im going to tell them i only trust "this body shop" and make them pay for that one..... etc....it would be nice if I GOT the...

close... it was 230hp and then went to 232hp and i believe the tq was a little smaller of a change from 250 to 254 but you may be right on those numbers....

rare? no... NONE of the jdm mouldings have the rear sidemarkers as none of the cars there have them.... i have two sets...one in my garage and one on my car.... i love it...MUCH cleaner... look close at the rear moulding ;)
