Why not just call/e-mail the seller and ask. That would be my first step. Or if your buddy is all that serious just drive out and look at the car, take it for a test drive, and look for anything wrong with it.

Hell yeah GReddy SP. I love mine it has the perfect exhaust note in my opinion. I also have an hks glovebox pod that replaces the glovebox in my JZA70 and holds four 60mm gauges and four hks electronics (boost controller etc.). Will have pictures up very soon I hope. Heres my exhaust for now.

Should not be an issue. The only thing I can see is if they are labelled the one labelled 'driver' would actually be your passenger etc. Other than that the seats are the same.
