only had one "run in" with a cop in the supra....i did not get pulled over but he obviously was picking on the red sports car in the left lane....

well, the camero has issues...didnt notice them the first time around but the whole rear of the car, both qtrs,decklid and doors have all been re-painted and not very well. and when i crawled under it one frame rail has undercoat on it....fucking idiots....always repair in a symmetrical fashion...
insurance will be cheaper on a camero??? i dont get it...i dont how the hell is a 2010 silverado ext cab z71 4x4 more to insure???

poodles is correct, heat gun will make it pliable, wear leather gloves as you need to get it hot. almost to the point of blistering it. then you need to hold it in shape as it cools
steve, why are you always rite? the thermostat would only open about 1/8th inch... new tstat and it no longer overheats. compression test was good as well.
how do you know if it is galvanized..... look at ij's pict. see the offwhite cloudy soot on the edges of the weld.... thats ash from zinc burning.... there is your indicator
the incident with arron was that he got between his ground and his stinger...his tig torch was not in good shape and he was sweaty(salt water is a good conductor) there is also some question about the car being damp...there had been a recent rain shower in the area. i dont have all the details...

a young coworker of mine died this weekend.... while welding on his demo derby car.
he was welding in a door bar and became the ground. the welder he was using was not properly insulated and he became the short circuit... unfortunately he died because of his mistake...
i wasnt close to him...
i love it... and as for the aluminum exhaust....what is the head made of?.... think people.... its not gonna melt... if it was the mounting flange tor the manifold on all of our cars would be...
