I plan on rebuilding this winter so should I Remove Charcole Canister? What is the point of removing it? Free up hp? Whats is the process of removing it? I also plan on removing the air conditiong system.

I was thinking tranny problem too. Only vibrates at those times.

Are you asking me? To Clarify for everyone, NOTHING happens when i'm slowing down, everything is normal. The vibration only occurs when the car has FINALLY stopped and I am on the brakes.

the BRAKE light on my dash does not flash or anything. The pedal does not pulse either. This just happened as i was going to my co-op so i decieded to take the car back home and use my van to be on the safe side. I did not check the codes yet.

Sorry for the confusion...as I slow down in R D 2 L the car is fine. Once I'm at a complete full stop and my foot firmly on the brake, my car starts to vibrate... This just happened today for the first time.

shit..if its that i know which rotor it is...drivers side front...my caliper got "locked up"...and now i guess it fucked it up...
