I haven't driven my supra anywhere but down the road and back. I'm not sure I'm up for a trip to Dothan. I do need to start driving it though so whenever I sell it, I can safely say it will make it anywhere someone would want to drive it. I hate seeing it sit in the yard and just go to shit.

I ran a gt35r on my 1jz @ 18psi for over a year. I had an safcII with 650 injectors. This was on 93 octane. I wouldn't go any higher than that though. Now I run 25psi with my 93 octane and 50/50 methanol injection with 750 injectors making about 640rwhp. I'm not on an safcII any more though.

150mph? 4th is good for that. I don't remember what a 7m's stock rev limiter is. Mine will turn to a little over eight grand without any worries. According to my calculator, I'd be doing 170 in fourth at eight grand, so 150 wouldn't be any problem. At 7000 rpm, I should be at 150mph.
