I wanted an adapter to have less reducers involved since the accordian hose is so small in comparison but it might be my only option. I'll start getting measurements tonight, thanks bro I appreciate the advice.

I've been searching all over the web trying to find a recirculation adapter for the Type-S bov but no luck. Greddy makes an adapter (seen in the picture) for the FV, RX, and RS but it doesn't fit.
I've contacted Greddy multiple times. Since they no longer make this bov they don't even respond...
Mishimoto intercooler mounted and piping done. A bit different than what I normally see online but good reactions so far.

I've seen a few people run this same set up and remove the lex screw all the way out and their air/fuel ratio is great. I might have to mess with it a bit but it should be fine. Good power too.

Turbo is questionable then. Either try another turbo or rebuild your current one. It's cheap and pretty easy once you get the exhaust side off.
Look for oil leaks else where too. I had smoke when my center valve gasket tanked. Spark plug galley filled with oil, once I fixed that, no more...
Yes, it's possible. It's happened to me a few times. I Replaced the turbo and no more smoke.
Is it a stock turbo? How old is the turbo?

I had a bad idle and suspected the intake manifold gasket. Removed the manifold and found the culprit. Moved around some wiring to clean up this side as well.
Removed the blown stock turbo. Getting ready to rebuild 57trim ct26. Removed the exhaust manifold for port/polish and paint. Cleaned 26 years of grease, oil and power steering fluid. Did the rebuild on the power steering pump and reinstalled.
Pulled the power steering pump and reservoir. Need to clean up, rebuild, and changed hoses. Can't stand the leak and resulting mess in my bay anymore.

Read post #1 and #4.
Mine was overflowing with oil, put in the oil drain gaskets from napa and it never leaked again.

The center cover is actually a gasket that goes under the 4 hex bolts. It's does have a double purpose, as a holder for the spark plug wires but it is not necessary. Remove the 4 hex bolts and then remove the center gasket cover and put oil drain gaskets in its place (forgot the size, sorry...
