^Yup, What he said. Rick, I think that the idea of making any caddy short of a CTS or XLR a car that can "handle" is delusional. If you think a few new suspension components can make a 2+ ton boat that probably wouldn't bite in a corner if it had teeth even COMPETE with today's sports cars...

But 1/4 mile isn't everything, you couldn't get grannys caddy to handle like a skyline, or make a caddy with a 6 cylinder do ANY of the above.

Maybe it was put in Mustang II's, but not in REAL Mustangs. And not in the years I stated. And as for the Bronco II and Ranger, never have I seen a 2.8L v6 in one here in the US, and that's where I'm from. :icon_razz

There was never a 2.8v6 in the mustang, from the fox body mustangs (1979-93)it was either 5.0v8 180/200/225 hp versions, 3.8 v6 140hp, or 2.3 I4 for 90hp, for the newer ones (94-today) it's 5.0 v8 225/235hp, 4.6 v8 in different model 240-300+hp, 4.0 v6 210hp, 3.8 ~140hp... There was never a...

IMO the old skyline are nicer than the new GTRconcept, I have been a skyline fan for a long time and I think it kills the traditional look the skyline has carried. GTR Vspec, MKIV & MkIII Supra, Silvia, 1st gen Aristo = my dream car collection.

I think that he is right, look at the climates we had when the dinosaurs were around. Places that are cool year round had to have higher temperatures back then or the big dinosaurs wouldn't have survived being large cold blooded creatures, they just wouldn/t have the warmth they needed.
