the small amount of oil in the turbo might come out but won't be much, atleast that's the way it was with mine. Might want to drain your coolant though.
My cleaning products are all from a company called Car Brite and for carpet and seats I use "Extra-Duty" and "See Spot Go" aerosols along with a brush and a vacuum cleaner to suck up any excess.
I like to keep my car on both sides of the engine. From what I've gathered it's better for it to be on the intake side so oil can solidify and whatnot, the exhaust side would just keep it warm, free-flowing, and probably easier to suck back into the intake.
Your problems don't seem too bad, looks like it could be fixed pretty cheap. When my first supra was inspected they told me all my calipers where siezed and my wheels didn't turn.
