The wires do not match up color wise between the cps to wiring harness . What is the little brown wire coming out of the wiring harness near the intake??????
I have looked at the wiring schematic but it only shows the wires that come from the wiring harness. It doesnt show from the wiring harness to the cps or from wiring harness to the coil pack. If possible i would like someone to look at there plugs which connect these wires together and write...
Hey my oem plugs have broken between the wiring harness and cps and also between wiring harness and coil pack. Apparently i have these wires hooked up wrong, because i am not getting any fire to the spark plugs. If anyone has a schematic, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send it to me..
The local machine shop will not replace my f#$%^^ head. So i will just go ahead and replace the whole engine. SO if anyone has any info on a 7mgte for sale it would be helpful. thanks for the help
Yes the head has been shaved in the past. The local machine shop shaved the head 0.010 below minimum thickness without contacting me before hand. So im guessing the head is complete junk now?
I have 87 7mgte with a blown head gasket. I recently took the head to the machine shop and they said they had to shave .010 below mininum thickness. Is the head worth anything now? And if it is, how thick of a head gasket do i need? thanks for the help jeff
