if so how could you tell if it was bad, what are the symptoms and what would be the best replacement to it?(stock, ect...)

well i never had the chance to get the ems but i was wondering if a bad fuel injector could be the cause of this? i am really strugaling to get this fixed and at this point i am banging my head against the wall. please anymore ideas

I have a greddy turbo timer on my car and it has gone on the fritz! i will shut the car off and it will appear that the timer has turned its self off (no display)but it will turn the car back on like if the key was turned to start without cranking over the car.

I am geting ready to rebuild my turbo and i was thinking i would upgrade it wile i have it torn apart but i am not sure what kind of upgrades would be the best for the stock CT-26 or even where to get them.
