Hehe, way back when, my old man was welding up a rust hole in the door sil of my old car and set the interior carpet alight. I didn't know not to trust him near my car at the time :) OP - you might want to grab some thick scrap steel and get some good welds under your belt first. You'll...

    Boost/Vacuum gauge on N/A?

You won't have the most vacuum on cold starts. If you hit the throttle very lightly, it will go deeper into vacuum. If you give it a good push, it should go towards 0. I get about 0.7bar on cold starts, goes to about 0.8 when its hot. 235,000km's on the motor and its showing signs of wear...

    Boost/Vacuum gauge on N/A?

I had no trouble running mine T-pieced into the heater/cruise control port. I was playing around with some things one day and left a vac line open, and got bad readings on the gauge. Make sure it's all sealing up.

    89 supra n/a help!! :(

Make sure all the vacuum lines go to where they are supposed to go. If one is broken, make sure you at least block the two holes up. And check the codes! All you need is a piece of wire and 5 minutes.

    question about TEMs

looking into this myself. I've got an 87 Australian delivered MA70 without TEMS, but have a connector at each shock tower for it. Will be looking for the dash connector later. I have my doubts as there is some input to the TEMS ECU from the engine ECU, but will look anyway.

are you designing to fit with the stock alternator location? And stock TB? I could do a model a the alternator and bracket, as well as a basic head so you can fit the manifold up. Not much help, but might be useful for refining your design?

    Hi all

Its not anything special to look at right now, pretty much all stock standard, which I like. It's an 87NA(T) Auto. Best viewed from a distance as there are a couple of bad spots on the body from the last owner. I put the turbo on to boost the low RPM power, I'm actually quite happy with the...
