Yeah, stock downpipe is in place. I bought the stock cats from another mk3 owner in my area, don't know the condition they were in so i am going to take my chances and get a new cat.. Thanks for the suggestion, i'll be sure to run it long enough on the freeway.

The tech was nice enough to let me see what was going on while the car was on the machine.. As the speed/load increased, the emissions decreased. My car seems to be far behind with emissions on the 15mph part of the test... I could easily buy a cat converter for it, but i'm sure the richness...

Alright, so i sent my injectors and CSI to RC Engineering for some servicing. All were GOOD except two that were DRIPPING. Installed them, and took it to smog.. Still failing but numbers decreased. HC is at 120ppm at 15mph and 100ppm at 25mph. CO is 2% at 15mph and 1.5% at 25mph.. NOx...
