well you know how it is with people pointing fingers at shops, especially reputable ones that are tyring to work with you... i just didnt want to look like a fool if i were doing something foolish and blaming someone else..
why or how the hell could the holes or port be so off if it's just a media blasted ct26? you think they used an aftermarket (non oem) housing and it's not built to spec?
damn man my car would die when revved hard and left to save itself as well.. haha i had the same trouble with a DIFFERENT engine before i swapped a new one in and found the problem hadnt gone away. i installed a new tps and that fixed it.
after i got my engine back together it was suffering from similar symptoms; surging idle while in good timing, that is. try unhooking the iac and tps and see if your idle changes any. if it doesnt with one of them unhooked, may be your problem.

i took the studs out to see if they were bent or what. it dawned on me that the line fitment was SO FAR OFF that it COULDNT be the studs... so i put the damn hardlines ON the flat, studless gasket surface so that the nipple ACTUALLY CLEARED the housing and took a picture...
MORE SALT IN THE GAME.
sighh... got my lines early today.
they dont fucking fit. here they are, square to the studs, chillin. the damn water nipple WONT EVEN ENTER THE HOUSING.

and this is as far as i can get the lines on the studs and into the turbo without hitting...
