yea, the stock intake manifold and resulting intercooler piping is pretty inneficient but all the ffim's u see are custom 2j manifolds welded up to the lower intake manifold

one major andvantage too is that your intercooler piping doesnt come within about 4 inches of the turbo after the intercooler
