So i see people say "Don't run more than a 2.25" exhaust on NA."
Also "You should get at least a 3" for your turbo"
My question is: How do you calculate the correct exhaust to run for any given application?
theories?
I have a 91 turbo with mods(in profile) and my buddy has a 355whp 425wtq 87 corvette.
After i am spooled he only just barely walks away, if i had 400hp i'd show his ass the time of day for sure
hehe i've mentioned this before, boosting 10psi on stock BOV i only dip to 6psi on shifts with my 5spd, its all about the mad tight JDM short shifta~!
Edit: this is NOT to start another auto vs. manual war, just clarifying that manuals don't lose much boost on shifts if you are a good driver.
