5th gear, 8000 rpm, 3.91 rear - with tires close to stock size will net you about 200 mph.
just rev the shit out of it... the r154 has room for teh speed.

Do you mean durring your 20 - 80 from a roll you shifted 3 times while he shifted twice?
Or do you mean "lower gearing" as in his top speed is lower because of his higher geared diff?

Like morris says, it should be a hair under zero (at WOT) until your turbo makes pressure. Until then you're drawing air in which is always a state of vaccum. A few ram air designs I read about made + 0.1 or something at highway speeds. Doesn't sound like alot...
