    Im telling you I bet if you put a voltmeter to +B and B of the ECU you probably wont get 12V when the Ign switch is on. I had the saaame problem. Hell just swap out that EFI relay and see if that works.

    The plugs are the same. But I think the orientation of the tabs inside the TPS itself are different in 89. Not that that will be an issue if that motor is complete with its own sensors.

    Yes I did. I had the lower one off just enough to put my finger under the injectors to feel if there was any fluid coming out. May not be a proper test but thats what i found on the internet.

    I haven't tested the injectors. I'm going to have to now. At this point I'm hoping they're bad because if they aren't... What else?

    I did so I temporarly removed it and blocked it off to eliminate the possibility of being the culprit. But it still acted the same even after.
