i was thinking of selling my ABS pump, as i don't need it for any more, and i was just wondering how much there worth. I saw that dealerships were selling them close to 1200, so whats the used value on these? I don't wanna over price it just wanna get a reasonable amount. tried doing a search...

you should use a 600 or 800 in between the 340 and 1200. i usually finish mine with 2000 grit with water after the 1200 or 1500 depending on what i have around.

well its been a while since i dropped my front suspension, i cant seem to find my the spacers that go in between the front frame rails and the sub frame. Can any one just post a picture of what they look like. i knew i should have taken more pics haha. -Josh

if its not cold outside, white smoke usually is hint at burning coolant. defiantly check the compression, and cooling system as Another MKIII suggested.

im thinking about running titan motorsports street piston in my 7m, my concern is that it raises the compression to 9.1 i think from what Ive read. Is there gonna be any problems down the road if I wanted to run higher boost?

if your not reusing the bushing this will work for you. no heat or chemical involved. takes about ten minutes. tools: razor blade gear puller. i used a snap on set worked awesome but im sure you can make others work a wrench to fit the gear puller. Start by cutting the rubber...
