Ive messed with the freeplay and it doesn't seem to help, is there something seperate that controls the engagement point, or is it all tied together, because what you just described to me is the same thing you do to adjust the freeplay.

I checked the TSRM it doesn't say where you can adjust the master Cyl. Piston, are you talking about the push rod on the clutch pedal??? I think we're on the right track here, just give me some clarity. Thanks

I did read the TSRM, the freeplay seems about right, 1in. or so, but it just feels like the clutch grabs really late in the pedal. I dont know if its normal or not. Is there any way to adjust at what point it grabs???

He is right, its is really easy to replace.... you disconnect the slave, then remove the left cover on the front bottom left(driver) side of the tranny and its right there. Pretty easy.Thats the only fork I know of, and I just tore my tranny apart to do the clutch.

The Surging problem is gone..... Im still runnin the intake and it hasn't had any further problems... its wierd, maybe the computer just needed to adjust to the higher air flow, I dunno.... I still need a BOV but the car runs alright... will I be damaging anything runnin around with a bad BOV...
