I have '91 with all stock audio (except for speakers) which have been upgraded.
problem: when cd player is playing - volume is low and you only hear the passengers side speakers - but when you play the radio volume is fine and all speakers sound loud and clear?
could it be the stock amp...
My first question is - can the wrong radiator cap (MKIV Turbo) on a MKIII cause enough increased pressure to cause a freeze plug blow?
I have searched and have found some good info so far, I just blew the freeze plug right near the turbo - My car sat for about four years before I bought it...
