Anyone familiar with the S2 intercooler air guide?

Yeah, my goal is to keep my car as low key as possible. I'm not going for completely stock but I don't want to run around with a body kit and huge wing screaming, "I have 500+ hp!". I want any mods I make to be functional and not just cosmetic. That thing looks like too big of a pain though. Are...

Anyone familiar with the S2 intercooler air guide?

I found the part in the link below and I like it a lot but I haven't seen it on any of the cars on here. Does anyone have one, and does anyone know if it would work in a pre-89 bumper? I emailed the website but they clearly just import parts and don't bother to learn anything about them...

Seeking advise from the suspension god's.

Ok, I have a complete stock 1988 non-TEMS MkIII that I'm about to start ripping into and my first project is the suspension. Here is what I have planned so far: Eibach springs 8211.140 Koni Struts Suspension Techniques Front and rear sway bars weld on tabs and endlinks I will be adding...

Spotted: Bright green MkIII in Louisville

I'm beginning to wonder if it was just someone passing through town. They were moving pretty quick and it looked like they got off on 64E. Too bad.

Spotted: Bright green MkIII in Louisville

No, this was a MkIII and the green was less yellow. That is a cool MkII though.

    Does anybody know coolchuck99

I don't know him but I bought a part from him in the same thread you did. It doesn't seem like he logs on everyday but I've received notifications from Paypal when my payment cleared and USPS when it shipped. I guess not everyone is as sick as we are and has to log on continually throughout the...

    Vented hood

+1 billion. If anyone is out there watching this thread to gauge interest, I can guarantee I'll be the first in line. And I don't mean it in a, "sure I'd buy one" way. I mean it in a finger anxiously hoovering over the "send payment" button kind of way.

Project Mayhem: I start my MkIII build.

Thanks. I agree with you on the CCXR. That car is pure sex and win on four wheels.

    Securing my battery question.

Disregard, I figured it out. Feel free to delete mods! I suck again!

Spotted: Bright green MkIII in Louisville

A bright green pre-89 passed me on the Watterson west bound this morning at about 6:30. It looked like it had chrome or polished wheels and was pretty clean. Which one of you guys was it? :sarcasm:

    Got my car appraised today..

Have you guys looked into a stated value policy with a specialty car insurer?

    I think I need a new radiator.

Your observation skills are impeccable, sir. Most lesser Supra owners would most likely have over looked such a subtle flaw.

    who owns this car!?!?!

Sorry if you said it somewhere already, but what mufflers are you running?

Project Mayhem: I start my MkIII build.

Well, not really. It won't be driven daily, and when I do it won't be with the boost cranked all the way up, but what I should say is that I want it to be reliable enough to be daily driven and capable of 600+hp in fun mode.

Project Mayhem: I start my MkIII build.

I've decided to take Nomad707 and Supra28's advice and build my 7M-GE into a 7M-GE/T instead of doing a 2JZ-GTE swap. It's still going to be quite a ways down the road, but I don't think I'll find many 2Js in as good a shape as my 7M considering how low my miles are and how well it's been...

    Vented hood

That is awesome! If it would be possible to persuade you ($) to do my hood let me know. I don't know where you are in Indiana but I wouldn't mind making a drive!
