    Recipe Thread.

Here’s one of my personal recipes that I developed a few years ago. The recipe is for a fresh lemon glaze cake. You may think this recipe is a lot of work, but believe me when I say it’s worth the effort if you like citrus-flavored desserts… Before you get started on anything else, you’ll...

    Any Missouri supras?

I'm in St. Louis, MO (south St. Louis city, actually). I'd definitely be interested in a meet for Missouri Supra owners. I'm also a pro photographer, and I'd be happy to photograph the event if anyone has any interest in me doing so. PM me and let me know... Joe

    it finally happened BHG

Figit, I'm not saying that he has a BHG, nor am I trying to blow anything out of proportion. All I was saying is that if he's really that worried about it, the fluid test would tell him for sure. I agree that, from what he's describing, it doesn't really sound like a BHG. His car doesn't have...

    it finally happened BHG

I can't believe no one's mentioned the fluid test kit for this yet. Go out and get the fluid test kit, set it up, and see if the blue fluid in the test cylinder turns yellow. If the blue fluid turns yellow, combustion gas is escaping into your cooling system, indicating you definitely have a...

    Some new additions

I agree with s000pra89T...with the suede and red stitching, it reminds me of my buddy's Integra Type-R... Definitely looks great...I love it.

How old were you when you got your first Supra?

I bought my first Supra--a white on burgundy '85 P type--back in 1992 when I was 16. In addition to my current '88 turbo, I still have my '85, although that one's been in storage with no motor for the last few years while I worked on other projects...

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

Given the option, I'd personally spray an LS or LT motor rather than go with a centrifugal supercharger. Centrifugals work in proportion to engine RPM (I had a Paxton, Powerdyne, and an ATI--obviously not all at the same time--on my Mustang, so I have some experience in this area) This is just...

    stock antenna HELP

I have kind of a "creative" solution for my antenna: When I decided to get rid of my 89LX 5.0 and get yet another Supra back in '01--something for which some of my domestic-loving friends still haven't forgiven me--I decided to swap over as many of the parts as I could, including the high-end...

    AJUSA HG or OEM HG?

"Inspect the deck carefully but 9 times out of 10 they fail for a MHG." (Quoted from IJ's post on page 3) But, assuming the block is flat, what about lapping the block in-car to make SURE it's flat? You've talked about lapping the block to smooth it/get a mirror finish--albeit a block that's...

    Are My Eyes Deceiving Me?!?!?

I was gonna say to just take it and have it corner-weighted...but then theKnifeArtist kinda beat me to that. If you DO have it corner-weighted, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it better to have it weighted with the equivalent of the driver's weight on the driver's side? This was also supossed...

    how much would you pay?

While I can't speak for the Konis, I DID find an Eibach Pro Kit at a local Pick-N-Pull. Upon finding these springs, I was literally on my cell phone with Eibach trying to find out if there was any chance that the salvage yard springs were bad...they said that as long as they weren't physically...

    Random Recent Pics

Jenya, you have got one seriously clean MK3...your car looks absolutely incredible! If you don't mind, I do have two quick questions, though... 1: What kind of wheels are those? That's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for for my 88, albeit with a silver center. 2: Purely out of...

[PICS ADDED] Bless her heart.. at least she tries (ebay intercooler)

First off, let me say thank you for your service and your bravery. I'm glad to hear that you're home safely. As others have said, you've got a great wife there...and, needless to say, I think we're all a little jealous... After looking at the pics, I'll take a crack at the question about the...

    Sticker Removal.

Hommer's right...a razor balde is the easiest way to get a sticker off the outside. Just slide the razor blade under at an angle and slowly work the sticker off the glass.
